1) Motorola Droid Razr - Wife always had a loud static sound before each mobile call out.

2) HTC Rezound - Flawless

3) Samsung Galaxy S4 - Flawless

4) Samsung Galaxy Note 2 - Flawless

My iPhone works fine - at least for calling purposes.

 

Droid Razr does same thing in my M37

 

S4 (i337) does -not- report music information when streaming, neither does the HTC One. Both work perfectly on stock (TW and Sense) however CM-10.1 has lots of issues w/ bluetooth sync dropping. Both phones.

 

I have the same issue with 10.1CM on 2010 TL (the worse is the bluetooth will get stuck in a dropped loop, forcing me to resync

 

What I found best is turning off BT when entering the car, letting the car setup and then turning BT on in the phone. Usually works and doesn't drop anymore. CM10.1 based rom on the S4.

 

Do you get quality issues on BT?


when i had 10.0CM, i can tell a CLEAR quality difference from BT vs AUX.
(i.e BT would be mono quality while AUX was stereo)


in 10.1 it seemed to have disappeared (not sure)

 

I just got rid of my 2003 TL and bought a 2013 TL with TECH package. I need a good basic tutorial how to use the bluetooth without downloading my iphone contacts list. Can someone direct me to a good basic tutorial? I saw the demo from Seattle Acura, it is good, but uses the downloaded contacts list. Thanks for any help.

 

iPhone 5 via Bluetooth - flawless, static free.

 

Mine's 2012 non-tech, but the Nokia N8 and iPhone 4 both sound perfect. The controls work for skipping tracks, but no song info is displayed by the car. Much better behaved BT connection on the N8 than my wife's iP4, it's so solid I can get out of the car and take pictures without any sound quality issues.

I need a new phone though, anyone tried a Lumia with their TL?
