On my 2014 TL, when I connected my phone to the car's stereo via bluetooth, the audio coming through the car's speakers was perfectly in sync with the video on the phone. But ever since I updated the navigation software using the purple DVD, the bluetooth audio has been out of sync with the phone's video. Does anyone know of a fix?

 

It shouldn't have been the update. That's a known issue with older BT devices which don't support A2DP, which I'm fairly certain the TL does not.
