My 2013 Acura TL with Navi radio powers goes threw all the preset but no sound it coming from the speakers I’ve ran the radio diagnostic It’s says Amp “ng” the fuse is getting power and I’ve changed out the amp twice and still nothing… did anyone else experience this ?

 

Have you checked all 5 fuses?


Have you checked Power on pin B3 ?



Have you checked the Ground on pin A9?

 

I like this car so much...but there isn't any in our country. İ have tsx 2009. I had common problem like you. I watched this video and solved my problem.
