After updating the navigation system to the 2014 edition, the system appears to have problems.....The navi display will only show Arizona and I am unable to change the display to the current location(North Carolina). No response from Navtec and the local dealership is still researching the issue. Any help available from cyberspace...???

 

if you do a factory reset will that help... wait im not sure if you can revert after do a navi update just take it in to the dealer

 

Thanks for the feedback. Closest dealer is +/- 75 miles away & unfortumately, they are not much help over the phone........
