So I have a 2010 tech and decided to update the GPS since there are so many new roads in my area. When I ordered I put my vin and software info etc. Got the disk this week installed it and put in the password with no errors. Today after it finished the update everything seemed fine but I didn't see any roads. I expanded it out and it zoomed back in and don't see any roads. I was able to click on find an Acura dealer and it found the closet one but will not map a route to it. I called the navi hotline and they said they cannot help. Anyone else with any suggestions?

 

Hey, what was the outcome of this? My 09 has never been updated and now I'm considering waiting.

 

As I posted in another thread last week, I spoke with the Nav people about the disc availability to Canadians; we don't seem to have access to the 2015 update. I was told that the red disc has had problems...some files weren't updating properly. That's why the Canadian site is showing only the 2014 as available, and the US site shows the 2015 red disc as "out of stock". The guy advised against the 2014 disc as well, saying that they have had issues for a while.
No apparent timeline for fixing this.
