I've had my 2013 TL for about 5 months. Bluetooth quality was always perfect, both from my end and from the perspective of the person I was speaking with.

However, within the last few days I've received feedback from people I was speaking with that my voice was "crackly". I left myself a voice mail message and confirm that the sound is now terrible

I took my car for a car wash last week, and am wondering if they could have somehow damages the bluetooth microphone - either got water in it or knocked a wire loose.

Can someone tell me where exactly the bluetooth microphone is located?
