'09 active noise cancellation mics?

'09 active noise cancellation mics?
IM looking into getting a 09 TL and wanted to add a sub woofer in the back. Does the base model have active noise mics and if so where are they located or can you turn them off like on the newer accord. I did some searching but came up blank
