What is this part?

That dogged up chrome piece between the window I've been looking for a black one. Anyone know what exactly it's called?

there's an A pillar, which is at the front of the car. The B-pillar, in the middle....and you guessed it, the C pillar at the end of the car...
so, I would guess it's called the B-pillar door chrome trim? or something to that nature...

instead of replacing it, you can wrap it in black vinyl or whatever color you want! probably be cheaper than replacing it outright

That should be black from the factory, I don't believe I've seen a Chrome option either.

My guess is it's got a cheap piece of fake chrome from eBay or something on it - could try removing the top layer and see if there's black underneath. You can find it here:

Genuine Acura OEM Automotive Parts Catalog - Bernardi Parts

Go to Interior/Bumper and then the Molding section. Part numbers are:

#003 PartNo: 72430-TK4-A01ZA
GARNISH, R. FR. DOOR CENTER PILLAR *NH555*(BLACK GLOSS 80)

#006 PartNo: 72470-TK4-A01ZA
GARNISH, L. FR. DOOR CENTER PILLAR *NH555*(BLACK GLOSS 80)

#009 PartNo: 72930-TK4-A01ZA

Yeah, those are just stuck on there with double sided tape. Should be easy to remove and there will be black underneath.

After reading all this I decided to take a closer look and wouldn't you know eBay chrome indeed. Also after a closer look it's done pretty half assed haha. I'm debating if I want to remove it though part of me wants it gone but the other part isn't so sure if it was put for style or to mask something. Meditate on this I will.
