Hey everyone, I have a 2015 TLX Tech and I had a heck of a Monday morning. I backed out of my driveway and backed out over a large pile of hard solid snow and ended up messing up the bottom right part of my front bumper grill. I have a picture attached. I'm not sure which part to get in order to replace this. I think it's this one. http://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/371503702133 Will the replacement of this part be easy? Thank you all in advance for your help.

 

That looks like that part. However, it doesn't look like it'll be a very easy install. I bet you're going to have to clip and glue it in with a special epoxy or something. I'm only wildly guessing at this point. And you have the same colour as me!


Also I noticed you're 20. Damn I wish I drove a TLX at that age! I had a beater 1993 Suzuki Sidekick with power nothing (not even power steering!), where the interior door panels were bare metal, and the outside and inside of the windows would frost up in the winter.

 

It should be hold in place by clips

Lol thanks. I work hard and I treated myself with a tlx. But yeah I ordered the part it's coming in next week. I'm really hoping this is an easy one. Gonna have my uncle for backup

 

The guys here are pretty helpful. Look at the couple posts above. Having the diagrams should make it a lot easier.

 

It may fasten from the backside. If so you'll have to remove the bumper cover if you can't get to it from underneath. I replaced the fog lights on my old TSX and had to drop the bumper cover, but it was really not that hard.
