Tapping noise inside car

2012 acura tl 3.5L automatic

Hello I'm looking for help identify a Knocking noise inside the car you can only hear inside with he windows up, only does it in P or D when at a full stop, once I press the gas the noise goes away, it's only when the car is a a stop, I thought it was time for a timing kit with my 137 Km on the dash, also replaced all motor mounts and one trany mount with after market mounts, I did the aisin kit with oem belt, for sure I thought this would take care of the problem but to my surprise the tapping is still there. I know oem mounts is ideal, but it's a lil out of reach to replace all with oem since I don't live in the US or Canada. Noise was there with the oem mounts I replaced, I'm at a lost my mechanic can't seem to find the source of the problem, could this be a valve adjustment issue? Any help is appreciated, I have a vid of the noise I just could not figure out how to upload it, if anybody can help out with that as well so you guys get a better idea of the sound it's making. I've owned the car about two years now, and I've kept up preety well with maintenance, any help is really appreciated thanks in advance

Mechanic checked all possible loose heat shields and looked over the exhaust, and everything looked OK. Sound is coming from the front of the car

You should be able to post it here.

If you have a mechanic and it happens in P or D at idle, you should be able to at least narrow it down to an area. At least.
Could be a motor mount.
We're only guessing.

On the video, it sounds like rod knock...but a mechanic would have figured that out pretty quick

When did the noise start?
After an oil change?
After hitting something in the road?
Randomly?
Any events surrounding the noise (like running the car low on oil)?
Any warning lights on?

Did your Aisin kit come with a timing belt tensioner?

It started doing it randomly, I had the timing belt noise, and decided to change it out with the complete kit, and bought the oem belt. Also changed out the all mounts. No irregular events other than the tensioner noise started getting worse with this noise on top of it so I stopped driving it and ordered the parts and went straight to the shop. No warning light, and I'm up to date on maintenance engine oil and tranny fluid change along with the external trany filter. I thought for sure it was Gona be either or, but its still there. Mechanic spent a whole day trying to find the source and could not find it, stethoscope and all. I just saw on o other thread a vid of the same sound that ended up being the external trany filter, I did change it out with an oem one from Amazon, however I'm starting to wonder if it was legit oem, it sounds very similar I'll try posting on here, so you can compare with my sound clip
