Sun visor removal

Sorry if there is a duplicate post,
I need to remove the original driver sun visor to replace it.
Can anyone tell me how

pop off the collar that is holding the hinge, there should be two screws.

use a screw driver, turn counter clockwise to remove. safely put screws on a location where you cannot lose them.

to install, do reverse opposite.

Isn't "reverse opposite" the same as what he did when he took them off?

it is broke. it will not stay up. popping off the cap is not that easy. here is a picture of it
not sure which way to push the tab.
