"Six self tapping" ==> I guess they are referring to 3 screws on each side, there is nothing else to remove besides what's on the picture
Remove all 6 screws, 2 plastic clips and gently pull bumper, good to have two people...
Last saturday it took me 4.5 hours to install mine full kit
