Yes, the sides and rear are initially done and molds are done (hardest part). Now we produced the first articles and we will be refining the molds, getting ride of all the little unforeseeable imperfections, and engineering the mounting points, etc. Fine details. But here are the sides and rears done with the front coming this week. A test fit on the actual production pieces is coming this week as well. So close I can taste it!

Fresh out of the molds, they fitment is precise and clean, looks like OEM! The rear worked well also. Now we just have to wait for the front and engineer the mounting points for the sides. We're almost there! I want to thank those who have been patient and who understand that a quality product needs a certain amount of time and attention to be done right. I'm sure we could have squeezed for an earlier time, but we wanted to make sure the quality and fitment was a good as can be.

RonJon, as soon as you can get to it..... we '12 owners will be needing a HUGE assist. Acura dropped the ball badly on the rear part OEM underbody kit. I would remove mine but would have a hole in the bumper to deal with.
Hopefully you will do a grille for the '12 too.

The sides should work on both 09-11 and 12 models, the front would need to be test fitted, but I presume minimal adjustments, the rear would need a redesign unless the dimensions are similar. As for the grille, We have to get a car in the booth to see how it is engineered, as soon as we can get a 12 TL in the booth, we can start to compare.

FYI, all the pieces are here and Ron's crew has my car for final adjustments. They've had my car since 04/27/11 and I will get it back tomorrow, but they will need it again for 05/02/11-05/03/11. Which by then, I may be able to get final pix of the final product. i will update when i know more.

Pics of the front, tomorrow it will be on the car for a psuedo shoot, nothing crazy, just held on for confirmation of the fitment.
Anybody in NY area can come by for a quick fit check and save me a trip to the dealer?

Update:
Just got my car back from final fitment checks. Ron's "Project Manager" for the fabrication, told me that production will start next week and he'll have my car for one final fitment for the actual production pieces.
