rear view mirror auto dim not working

My rear view mirror recently stopped functioning; as I have my mirrortap tapped into this for my radar detector, that also fails to be powered
everything else in the car works ok including interior lights, sunroof, etc.
I did some searches and some people suggested checking fuse 8; that one looked oka
ny thoughts? help!

I believe it is fuse 15 driver side however your car shouldnt run right without. I blew mine accidentally and had the joy being a 6'3 guy trying fit on the floor.
