Question about ventilated/cooled seats

I have a 2012 TL SH-AWD Advanced with ventilated/cooled seats. For those of you who have this option, do you guys feel any air that is "sucking," Apparently, for this car, the air does not blow out. It sucks in air rather than blowing outwards. Do you guys feel any "sucking" in at all? I hear the fans working just fine on it but I feel virtually no air sucking in from the ventilated seats.
How noticeable is the air if any?

Thank you

From what i know, the fan sucks the air from the bottom and blows out on top. So if you run ac, it will feel like come air is coming through the seat

Lay a piece of thin tissue on the seat surface, and check if the tissue try to stick onto the seat.

You are correct in that it sucks the air instead of blowing air. You're sitting on the seat so the air wouldn't really have any type of flow if it blew air up. It is very subly and you won't feel anything. You'll hear noise under the seat more than you'll feel anything going on.
