Ignition Coils

What ignition coils are the best to get? I have an 09 TL AWD. I was looking at the NGK or DELPHI (both 3 yr warranty) or Hitachi (1year warranty). Any recommendations?

Did yours fail?

If not then the best ones in the world are already on the car from the factory.

If you need a replacement, check Rockauto. I think Denso is the OEM supplier.

My mechanic suggested I replace them. He did a test and the numbers were low. Over a year ago I had to replace 1.

dealers are stupid and don't know their hand from their butt half the time. Hitachi is OEM for the coils. AWD models got DENSO spark plugs vs NGK depending on the production week.

I thought I saw Denso on my coils (2012 SH AWD 6MT, for reference).

That's why I said Denso.

I could be wrong asf. I'll check

I could be wrong to as suppliers change monthly depending on what is in stock...

OE part no is

30520-R70-S01

Doesn't specify which brand but both Hitachi and Denso make coils for various honda/acura models and it's the same for SH-AWD and FWD

I thought they were, but I saw Hitachis on mine when replacing the plugs yesterday. I used those Rutheium (or whatever they're called) plugs made by NGK from Rock auto. . I don't know if those my coils are OE though. I
