PCM connector
I cannot seem to get the wires out of the PCM terminal shown in the image below. I am not sure if I need to remove the black plastic backing to get to the wire terminals. Is anyone able to provide me with any direction? I already broke one of the small plastic tabs that the locking latch attaches to. Thanks for any help.

Why are you removing wires from the pcm plug? If its to replace the plug, hope you're labelling the wires first.

This car was in a front end collision and the previous owner repaired some damaged wiring. I was troubleshooting a few DTCs and determined that 2 gray wires to PCM (A) were switched. I ended up just cutting and splicing, problems solved and no more check engine codes.
