Yup~hopefully this weekend!
I'll drill a little bigger to the 4 holes on top and add something like the weather stripping for both side of the grille.^__^
Although both sides and the top gap is not that big, but I still want to make it perfectly fit. Hopefully I can fix it.

wow, that does look really clean and classy. I am in the market for a SH-AWD WDP because I felt like that color hides the stock grill the most. I was shying away from the Black or mayan because the grill was just too much contrast. This blends in so nicely.
Do you guys know what the RJ straight bar costs. Also, I am terrified to make changes on the car on my own, would you suggest just taking it to a body shop to have it installed or what?

Wow! The color match and the fitment seems flawless on this car. Not only are the gaps fairly uniform all around, but the RJ grille follows the contour of the hood and front fascia. Not sure if the black hides any imperfections, but nonetheless, looks awesome!

I think this version without the plastic on the corners looks a lot better. IMO the one with the plastic on the sides makes it look kind of cheap

Plastic on the sides allows us to put our RJ emblem somewhere. Also allows us to place a nutsert behind the seat for mounting. So it is kinda needed.

Hey Ron,

Do you ever get the feeling that nothing is ever good enough for people to have it the way it is? Or is all of the minute comments about your new grille something that is just accepted as part of the biz when you do aftermarket stuff for a living? haha

Thats the part I don't mind. constructive criticism. However, i cannot stand people who bash my designs or products and have never experienced owning them or are doing so based on jealousy. If you don't like something, i can understand, but don't be malicious and say RJ stuff is crap, just say you don't like it or nothing at all. Oh well, opinions, everybody has one.

Wow RJ, you have seriously transformed the looked of the 4G TL into a very sleek looking beast. I bet Acura's design team is kicking themselves in the foot right now.

I think the plastic on the inside edges of the grille bar look nice without the A emblem.... maybe someone photoshop the straight bar, without the plastic (like buckvegas' car) and with the A emblem?

I can't believe I've interested in the TL now after bashing on it for so long just don't post pics of the rear and it'll be all good lol

If you want you can go to www.automotivetouchup.com and order a spray can of the CBP and gloss and do it yourself. I think the glossy finish to the mesh would look great.

RJ, I really love what you did with this grille keep up the good work.

I have a question, does anyone know or have a rough estimate on how much it would cost to get the grille to canada? specifically to edmonton?

I also want to know if I can have a grill shipped to Canada, to Calgary. That is near Edmonton. It would be great if RJ had a dealer in Western Canada to distibute the grills.

I've asked the NW Acura already, they say both Calgary Location of Acura won't carry any aftermarket products. Even they know those stuffs can bring a lot of profits to the dealer they still won't do it.:shakehead
Also they won't help install any aftermarket parts too...coz they don't want any troubles and so have to bring it to the body shop.

Either way, it's amazing that the simple addition of this grille can change my (and most everyone else's) whole mindset about this car! This car has moved from #600000000000 on my list of cars I'd like to own to within my top 30, at least...
