Hey everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself and say hey to everyone! I just purchased a 2013 SH-AWD 6MT and am lovin it! Test drove both the auto and 6mt, but ended up going with the manual

. So far, I've driven the car just about 150 miles, and am very impressed with the drive, power, and handling.

Been a while since i had an Acura, but am glad to be back in the fold

As soon as I can figure out how to post pics, I'll put some up.

Thanks Docboy. I wish that was the size of my garage, but it's the delivery area at the dealership.

Thanks everyone! I picked her up at Frankel Acura in Hunt Valley, MD. I got what I believe was a good deal, and picked her up for about 39k. We tried to get a 2012 6mt down from Jersey, but were not able to get it so I went with the 2013.

Thought it looked like Frankel. Spent many a morning dropping off Y2K3CL-S there prior to getting Six Shifter. Sadly, their parts/service prices/rates went skyward and I had to end my 8+ year association with them. Never bought a car from them, but had my 1st two Acura's serviced by them exclusively.

Nearly a week later, and I'm loving the gearbox & the car

Only thing I can't seem to figure out is the address book not carrying over all the names from my phone, but that's not a big issue.

I'm not really suggesting to upload address book to the car, security thing. Only manually entered several numbers I use the most

Congrats and welcome, it's an amazing combo and in all likelihood will probably not be around for too much longer especially in a mid so enjoy it and as long as you can. If after the 2014 is annouced, and it is determined they will not offer a classic SH version (or reformulated SH-SH) with 6MT, I may end up trading in for a left over 2013 6MT if that is the case or going elsewhere, hopefully many of us won't have to do but anyway, best of luck.

Wow! Congrats! I "only" have a 2010 TL tech "Borealis Blue" that I just got a couple of weeks ago and am also enjoying mine very much. You will enjoy the power, luxury and wizardry of the TL, even more so the one you have with all the extra "juice"!

Mods - why is there only a "Silver" Social group? I guess I could join too as I just passed down the Silver 2005 TL I have driven for 7 trouble free years to my son.

Is there a "Borealis Blue" Social group?

I know how you feel kinda... I managed to find a 2004 6 spd manual TL after two months of searching... Best feeling ever... Took it for a test drive once and I was sold... Best car I've owned! And congratulations!
