Instructions for bulb change are in owners manual. Bumper does not have to be removed.

Manual tells you to take it to the dealer. To get it properly done, yes you would have to take the bumper off.

Go to Bernardi's website and they have exploded drawings. They will give you some idea but no written instructions.

if you got skinny arms there is no need to remove bumper. Good hand eye coordination helps

No need to remove bumper. All you need to do is remove the bolts under the fender near the fogs and pull down the wheel liner. You will have full access to do what ever you need with the fogs.

Just did mine a couple nights ago with EuroLite X11XBs. No need to take off the bumper... but having the car a tiny bit raised with the jacks would help out a boatload.

its very easy to change the bulbs. u dont need to waste some $$ for that. i got mine done in 15 mins. with the 6k hid. its much better and brighter if u throw in the HID. i bought the nokya but it wasnt look that good.

most HID kits are plug and play so you can refer to your owners manual for full instructions on how to replace the bulb. hope this helps.

Having already been under the car to replace the Parking\Turn signals to LED Switchbacks I would STRONGLY recommend that you not only raise the car a little, but remove the wheel too. To gain decent access to the area behind the lower front lighting you need to pull the wheel arch liner back significantly, especially if you are fitting LED load resistors and\or a HID Ballast assembly. IMO you would struggle if you tried to do it from below or squeezed in alongside the wheel in place, the wheel arch liner is an L-Shape which curves up under the lower front bumper so even after removing the securing bolts it is reluctant to give you much room to work.
Again, IMO, you might end up damaging the arch liner if you do not remove the wheel for all but a simple bulb swap.

what brand of HID you guys have? i bought my from extrahid.com about 7 months ago for 60 bucks. and sad one of the HID burned out today. what a bad brand. i have 6000k on the car right now and decided to switch to 3000k for the fog lights and 6000k led switch back for the parking lights.
