BTW, does the 5th Gen (2015 and Up) TL have that bluetooth audio lag issue fixed?
It has in my friend's 2015 RDX, If we watch a video via bluetooth, the audio comes with 2-3 seconds delay.
Do you guys have the same issue in TL too?

Wait what? Why are you watching videos in your cars?

2015 and up is not the TL anymore, it's the TLX. Both the 2015 and 2016 I drove had no issues with audio lagging with just audio, but BT audio never sounds as good as plugging in the USB memory stick directly. I tested both modes. Bought the 2016 SH-AWD TLX, delivery on xmas eve.

Ya, TLX(for me, calling it a TL doesn't hurt until I get used to it), and yes, I do watch videos while going on a long drive, when I'm in passenger seat, or even when I'm driving also, I'll put a movie for my passenger (friends, family etc.) sometimes, I don't put aux or usb, but directly play the video on my tablet or phone, connected via bluetooth, there you can see a lag, whether it is Youtube or downloaded movies.
BTW, 2016 TLX are already available in my location.

In November, ECM (I asked her whether ECU, she said no, ECM) update with 'running change' is done, which doesn't make any sense to me. Is that DRLs, but she mentioned, transmission.
Is this car worth 22k?
Propeller shaft whistle is a common issue with the AWD TL's, nothing major. Pretty much the rear driveshaft makes a sound and is replaced.

The ECM reprogram was to update the transmission's Torque Converter and was a quality update by acura.

22K including dealers fee + Tax and Tag is a very good deal if it includes the warranty being transferred to you!
