Please help me figure out what is going on with my 09 TL sh-AWD W/Tech power door locks. Here is a link to the video:

 

Computer is getting confused because you have two key fobs in close proximity? That's my guess. That should be a simple thing to explain to the rep (parts or cust serv.) at an Acura dealer. Resolution is in your
future!

 

double check to make sure the keyless access switches in the glove compartment are on the right dial/switch or on mode however you describe it. that's strange .. Just crazzy but i saw you have 2 key fobs make sure both keys are for that specific car.. one of the fob could be for another TL and that is a reason why it rejects the command.. again my guess good luck

 

why doesnt it say driver 1 and have you tried using the fobs one at a time?

It's going to cost $222 to replace the slot. The TSB didn't work

I got my eye care at TL used and I had same issue turns out that the owner didn't know they had a second key and the key was in the trunk together with the manuals and that's why I couldn't get to use the lot because the second he was always in a car

 

that could save you $200 hopefully he sees this post before going in for service just to check and see if it will work.. What if the techs at the stealership knows there is a spear key in the car and said we will need to charge you for the service smh. well it might not be because in the video he has both key fob with him
