How can I do this to my grille?

I know that on this forum I'm in the minority, but I like the beak. However, I was thinking of just doing a light mod to it.

Can anyone give me an idea of how I would create a beveled line like pictured below? Could I create such a smooth line with a dremel tool? If so, what would I use as a mask to make sure the line was straight? I'd be willing to buy a grille off one of the many RJ grille purchasers.

If it looks good I may decide to have the top painted.

Just to get it out these comments out of the way I'll post them now:

"Dude just get rid of the beak"
"Isn't that the TSX grille?
"Dude just get the RJ grille"
"Not my cup of tea"
"Yuck that grille is fugly"
"Just when I thought the OEM grille couldn't get worse"
"I didn't think I could hate the 4g anymore until I saw this"...etc

Now that's out of the way can anyone give me thoughts on how to create the bevel? Thanks in advance.

Only idea I can come up with is a dremel or a file. Have you looked at professional shops in your area to do this? That's the only guarantee you'd have that it'll be done right.

any score would cut clean thru the grille, call me, we have quite a few extra grilles laying around, prototype samples etc that aren't fit to sell at full price.

I hate the beak, but must say the beveled edge does clean it up and give it a more acceptable look, still not as good as the RJ grill.

you could possibly use a table rotor, but i think ron jon is right, if you cut it, you will cut clean through the grill.

Wow, so the OEM grill is that thin? I'll give you a ring tomorrow to see what you've got. Thanks

I'm about to order a RJ grill, so if you want to take my OEM grill I'd totally give it to ya at a decent price if Rondy's prototype ones are good enough for you.
