Happy Anniversary 4G TL

It's a nice touch.
Acura is likely trying to maintain its customer service level with its 4G consumers (which I believe is supposedly a different target demographic vs 3G). I like it.

If you don't kill them with RWD and V8 performance, kill them with customer service. I have nothing bad to say about Acura customer service thus far. I guess they realize you have to have high levels of customer service to move the brand upscale. Because word of mouth is their biggest source of advertisement.

I agree, I only got the car since end of June but I think I have gotten at least 5 or 6 various different surveys in phone call format and email format asking me about the Acura purchase experience, dealership experience, and service experience and I didn't even do my first oil change yet...
