Garage Space

With the overall length of the TL does anyone here have issues fitting their's in the garage?

Our other car will be a Subaru Outback which is already taking the far side of garage, and the '11 TL is ~7" longer then the outback, 188.2 in. vs 195.5 in.

Both our cars (MDX and TL) are about the same size and fit no problem in your standard garage.

Is the door for the entrance to your house on the side of the garage or at the back?

Ours is on the side, which is why having a shorter car in the bay closest to the house works better (for us)

Oh well, just a better excuse to get a shed for the lawnmower and snowblower

I see why the OP is asking this question. Yes, it will fit. However, I would recommend getting a big long square piece of wood to use as a curb stop. So you can inch up when you park to make sure the front and back is ok, and clear.

I would also nail it to a thin board, so your wheels will roll on top if it to prevent you from pushing it forward.

^good idea.

i attached a small piece of rope from the ceiling, so when i pull in the garage, the end of it will rest on the top center of my windshield. perfect parking everytime.
