Don't you have to take the seat cushion off first? Then you can reach one or two bolts ports the bottom of the seat back. At least, that's how it used to be.

Any chance you can a short write up and maybe some pics? If so, we'll mark it as a DIY and add it to the 4G Garage.

the car is at my cousin's shop, me and his mechanic were trying to figure it out.
Bottom of seat just pops up, pull upwards. and it released in 20 seconds.
The seat back was another story, it wouldn't budge, so we removed some lining in trunk to see if there was anything holding it, nothing.
There are 2 bolts holding it down in the corners of the seat, that are fairly obvious to remove. Now the seat itself is easy in theory to take out, but was a bitch in reality.
you basically hold the bottom of the seatback and pull towards the sky. behind the seat there are two ----- small rods like this behind the seat, and on the frame of the vehicle, there is a bracket where that rod just clips into place, so they fit in together. not sure how else to describe it. but you need
two people to pull up on either side at same time, as you might break the rods bolted to the seatback.
As soon as we took out the seat, i got a lift to the office, i just helped him with that part, if i go back and the seat is not reinstalled, i will take pics.

damn wheels bolts were wrong size, the seller sent me the 3rd gen tuner bolts, he didn't know they changed them.
so now waiting on the new bolts, 14x1.5 tuners i believe
car is so much more fun/nimble, just from my short drive

Burning Brakes
Remove bottom seat as listed above, remove 4 screws, 2 on each side. Lift the back seat up, and then pull out. There is a screw behind the headrest that may be visable from the rear deck area, it has nothing to do with the rear seat removal.
