I agree! The TL forum is turning into the TLX forum. Too many threads. It's not the TL anymore and kind of annoying having to look at all the TLX threads. They're all the same. It may not be released but it doesn't hurt to start a new thread just for fellow members who want to talk about the TLX.

I also wouldn't call it a 5th Gen. It's a 1st Gen. TLX. Not a 5th Gen. TL. Just my thoughts.

I agree... its not about whether it has hit production or not, that is inevitable. There is a lot of buzz on this car already. Might as well give it its own section and separate the activity out of the 4G section. Why put off it off?

The entire Q50(.org) forum was started months before the car was even released and they captured the forum traffic and will likely never be replaced. A new TLX section will further establish Acurazine as the go-to location for TLX info. More viewers, more hits, more ad revenue.

I am curious, am I the only one not seeing the 5th Generation drop down option? Also, why are the threads don't behanve the same as in the 4th G section? In other words, the unread new post are bold and once you open and read it, it changes color so you can see the difference....the 5th G section doesn't behave that way. I have bookmarked the 5th generation as I can access it any other way.

 

You have to to TL sub forum page to see it. Like the 3G MDX the TLX has not been added to the drop down menus as of yet.

 

They all show 'unread' since they are in a new section and you didn't read them there... you read them in the 4G section. It will catch up.

You can select the top level TL forum then it shows up.. just like the MDX section. I assume the drop down menu is a separate edit to make to the website.

 

Admin is working on the drop down issue.

 

Just wondering but why was it set up at Gen 5? It's not a TL... it's a TLX Gen 1 much like the ILX was? Just my 2 Cents...


and for those of you looking for the TLX section... if you click on the TL at the top... just click on it don't wait for the drop down... The link will come right up...
