Black window trim cracking peeling ... replace? Vinyl wrap?

So my 2009 Acura has started to show its age the black trim that runs along the base of the window on the exterior of the car is cracking and peeling on every window. It looks like the black rubber part that is cracking and peeling is incorporated into the chrome trim that’s affixed to the door.

initially I was thinking I would vinyl wrap the entire thing but I’m not sure if it’s possible for vinyl wrap to deal with the black rubber parts that are cracking... I’m sure I could vinyl wrap the chrome portion but all the black plastic on the edges that’s peeling and coming off does it look like vinyl would fix it...

Have any of you have these problems what did you do to fix it I could just ordered new pieces I think they’re around 50 bucks apiece not sure how hard they are to install has anyone replace these or repaired them??have any of you have these problems what did you do to fix it I could just ordered new pieces I think they’re around 50 bucks apiece not sure how hard they are to install has anyone replace these or repaired them?

Looking at this picture off of eBay, looks like there’s 2 screws holding them in place on both ends and the rest are clips.

Window trim

I know this is a video of an accord but it’s probably the same process
