I would obtain directly from Acura dealer, either online or in person. I remember reading a post where a purported OEM AT filter was bought on Ebay or Amazon and when it was cut open, it was just a shell-no filter element inside.

I bought 4 from an online Acura dealer to prepare for the future. Cheap insurance for such a pricey component as they are only about $35 each.

I agree, but you just need to be a little attentive, look at the quality of the paint, marking, molding, check through the hole for excess glue and use a screwdriver to check the relief valve.
Here is a video on how you can distinguish the original from the fake, watch it with translation in subtitles. On the American market, the letter H does not light up in ultraviolet light.
