It's like the Honda's SE (Special Edition) trim on certain selected models.

On picture, it looks like the front and rear bumper is different... but according the to website...

"With the addition of front, side and rear underbody spoilers, as well as a rear decklid spoiler, the TL A-Spec and A-Spec SH-AWD® immediately take on a more aggressive posture and a more confident attitude."

I guess they just photochopped it?

I am reading the following from the website and I am interpreting this as they added the lip kit all the way around.

SH-AWD A-Spec $45,490 Automatic
Highlights
  • 19” aluminum-alloy wheels
  • Tires: P245/40 R19 all-season performance
  • Front, side and rear underbody spoilers
  • Rear decklid spoiler
  • Pushbutton start
  • Keyless Access System with driver recognition for driver’s seat, side mirrors and climate control
  • A-Spec badging
  • Limited supply available (350 total TL A-Spec and TL A-Spec SH-AWD as of October 1, 2013)

want those bumpers, HATE, REALLY HATE the OEM kit, looks like a stick on afterthought.

Canada cars/bumpers, any difference than US models? I'd happily run up to Canada (I'm in Ohio) and pick one up at the dealer.

Oh yea also HATE fake wood, a luxury sports sedan should be carbon, aluminum or a muted surface not fake plastic wood grain.

^^^^^

For only $1,500 over the base model, Acura can't possibly throw everything into that A-spec trim TL.

yep, but if you go to the builder you can see the bumper is different (no lip kit)

It is. It's a huge piece of plastic to effect a relatively mild change in aerodynamics and visuals. Even bigger chunk that the pre-facelift 4G, and that was huge. :-)

I work at acura, and the A-Spec is basically just the aerokit with the chrome wheels. No navi.

Is the kit molded to the bumper like it looks in the official Acura photos? I'm guessing they just photoshopped it to look that way when it isn't. They did the same thing with the ride height in a lot of photos for the brochure...

most likely its photoshopped..

its all speculations at this point, until we get an actual photo we can only assume it is not molded..
