Anyone know what this is?

I found this in my back seat when I was cleaning the car out yesterday. Sorry for the horrendously blurry iPhone pics.

I looked briefly for where it might go, but didn't find anything. Anyone?

Doesn't look familiar to me. But what is that square bluish object in front of the right center vent?

LOL.... Some months ago, I found one of those, too.

I waited a few weeks to see if something fell apart and when it didn't I just threw it into the junk drawer.

LOL...that's an air freshener. Usually keep it on the vent in the rear, but I had kids in the car and they kept messing with it.

Did you find it in the back seat?

It was on the floor under a front seat. If it was in one of the rear vents, it might've rolled there.

Kids are often in the car.

Might be the plug for the holes in the front bumper where the license plate is mounted.
If so, DO NOT toss it out. There are people here on AZ who need them. They are $35 EACH at the dealer.

^^ There are no specific plugs for the license plate mount...they just drill them straight into the bumper. The only thing that has anything close to a bumper plug would be where the tow hook goes but that is not it either.

Well...we've determined what it is NOT. That is definitely not what it is. See the pics. Thanks for the help.

They don't drill them right into the bumper. See the pics.

^^ Are the pics for the License plate mount OR the tow hook? On our models in Canada anyway, the front bumper has tow little dimples where the dealers will drill the screws right into the bumper for the license plate mount. If looking at the front of the car, to the left of the plate (on the passenger side of the bumper), there is a single round hole device like that which is where once screws the tow hook.

Its possible the American and Canadian bumpers are indeed different as we have the headlight washers. If that is the case, I wished our Canadian model has a way to mount the license plate bracket so cleanly and not damage our bumpers.

The pics I show previously are of a hole that is in the bumper where I removed the license plate holder this morning to verify Marco's comment. There is a spot for the tow hook to the left. See the pics.

^^ Well you guys are lucky then because in Canada...the only cover similar to what you showed is our Tow Hook cover...to mount the plate bracket, you gotta drill the bumper and damage it

That's exactly it. Unfortunately, I can't find the spring now and the other one popped out when I tested it and won't stay back in.

Defjamz was quicker then me, but either way I think there is a service bulletin on it. I had all of them replaced by the dealer under warranty.

In regards to this ... its the previous 2009 to 2011 models that they had caps all 2012s and up will have to be drilled ... probably cost cutting by acura?

I was going to chime in and say the same thing. Somehow one of mine popped out as well and went missing while the dealer had it.... Had to order another online and reinstall it. My guess is these break and come out when people don't realize they need to depress the button to lower the headrest.

Yes. Born and raised in Omaha. Have lived in the Cincinnati area since'97, though. I bleed Husker red.
