3rd gear

In my 3G base When I get to third gear at about 2k rpm just right before it shifts to 4th the car starts to jerk a bit and I’m not sure why. Any ideas of what it could be?

It’s weird and it only happens in that gear. I’ve tried Manually shifting and it still does it. I’m not sure if it’s my trans or my motor.

There are many reasons why this could be, ranging from an oil filter to an transmission rebuild, but to find out for sure you need diagnostics with a scanner and data.
