2013 TL Moon Roof Flutter when open
This car is new to me. When the moonroof is open there is a fluttering noise. Not just wind noise but like there is an actual part up there kind of like slapping something. I don't know how to explain it. At first I thought it was the black spoiler thing up front that moves up when the roof is opened. But moving that by hand while driving does not change the sound. And it only happens at certain speeds. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with this too. And if so is there a fix, or do you just learn to live with it. Thanks.

Thanks, I'll take a look at that later and see if I can find the culprit.
Still getting used to this car. Even with the roof tilted up its kinda noisy. I'm used to my old 2000 civic and that was not nearly as noisy as this roof.

Mine makes a strange popcorn-like popping noise when the sunroof is popped up and I go around certain tight turns on my commute, and only when the glass is popped up. I and others who have looked at it cannot figure out why it does this.

So I was filling up the other day and remembered to look at this. Im taking it the "grommet" say is the rubber strip that sits under the black piece in the front that lifts up when roof is opened. I noticed only about 4" of the center was still holding it on. I went through and pushed it all back in the channel and no more noise!
