Wind Noise?

Wind Noise?

for all you people that don't have the sunroof wind deflector on, how is it when the roof is open? is there alot of wind noise or is it the same. i want to take mine off, but my roof is always open. thanks

For me, It is ok to have the sun roof open. On the nice summer nights I drive around at lower speeds with the roof open. If it is on the highway, it bothers me a little.

theres not really a difference from when i have my deflector on or off. it has the same ammount of wind noise. but beware if ur gonna take it off there will be an outline of where it was. that is why i put mine back on.

there shouldnt be an outline, i just got the whole car repainted a few months ago. that'll suck. i just been liking the way people's cars look without it, i'm starting not to like it on anymore.

The key is to NOT open the sunroof all the way. If you leave about 5 inches before the sunroof is completely retracted, the wind noise will be reduced.
