Tuning for intake

Hello everyone, I currently have a 2010 TL SHAWD 6MT. I had a custom 3.5” intake made at a shop because the online brands had a bad reputation for heat soak, so the made the intake take in air from where the fog light used to be and temp of intake is low so all good there. My issue is I am having a code for running rich because of the new diameter of the intake. I want to get this professionally taken care of, but does anyone know if the k tuner allows for maybe a .5-1.5% increase in fuel output throughout the entire range of RPM’s? I know everyone will say to take it to a shop, but I am curious how that would be done, and if it is even conceivable for someone with slight knowledge. I have not gotten the k tuner yet, but will within the month. Please let me know. Also the preloaded tunes for the J37 do not include the option for intake

Why would you be throwing a code for running rich if you also think that the intake is allowing a lot more air?

And why would adding fuel resolve that issue?

What code are you getting?
