I just bought a 2011 TL without the rear spoiler. I didnt think it made that much of a difference but now i want to get one put on.

Does anyone know where to get a good quality OEM spoiler that wont cost $600 like the dealership is charging.

There is no aftermarket for that part because the majority of TL buyers get the tech package, but you could try this instead:

Quick search and Looks like about $150 and just need to get it install by a body shop if you don't want to do it yourself.

I was in the same situation as you with no spoiler. I purchased an “exact factory replica” (we all know that means almost but not quite right)aftermarket one off of eBay and had the dealer put it on. They agreed to do an oil change and put it on for $175. I don’t think they realized until they had already drilled holes that it wasn’t exactly factory (by then they were already committed). Color match is perfect, but the trunk lid is a little heavy (trunk lid unlocks but doesn’t lift when you hit the button). Look fine, only those of us who own TL’s will notice it is not the real thing.
