2010 Tech Lease Question

I am going to be leasing a 2010 FWD w/tech TL in the Chicago-Land area and just want to know if I'm getting a fair deal.

MSRP- 39,645
Sale price (after $2250 incentive) - $33,650

lease of $498/mo all taxes included - 3 years, 12K per year
Illinois leases included sales tax on entire price of car

1st payment, doc fee, plates due at signing.

Is this a better than average deal? Should I call another Acura store to see if it can be beat?

Aren't there lease deals right now on the TL? Although they're set to run out today (June 30). Or you can take your changes July's subsidized leases will be better....

I'm sure the dealers already have julys residuals and money factors. I'm taking delivery tomorrow. Any experts out there know if the numbers are changing July 1?

Before you pull the trigger you might want to check out www.truecar.com. They will give you going prices for your particular zip code and they are VERY accurate. I used them yesterday in pricing out my own lease (haven't done it yet) and the salesman actually took them into his manager to check out.

For $0 down except TTL, that is a pretty good deal. You're not going to get that much lower on your monthly payment unless you drop your mileage down to 10k/year. Truecar quotes me at $34,803 for that model in the Milwaukee zipcode.

Did you know Acura offers mileage forgiveness?

Acura Loyalty Advantage benefits reward loyal Acura Financial Services (AFS) lease clients by offering:

* Momentum Miles™: If you have driven fewer than your contracted lease miles, your unused lease miles (up to 15,000) will be rounded up to the nearest 1,000 and added to your next Acura Luxury Lease™.

* Mileage Forgiveness™: If you have driven more than your contracted lease miles (up to 7,500), we will waive half of your excess mileage when you lease or finance through AFS. Plus, if you choose to lease another new Acura with us, we'll add an additional 1,000 miles to your base mileage amount.

I didn't know about the "momentum miles" info - thanks. Top deal on a TL Tech via truecar in the Miami area is 34,101. In addition one is eligible for another $1500 off as a returning lease customer at least through today.

Any idea if the Dealer Cash of $2250 will be renewed after 7/6?
