Think I would leave it where it's at. For that price you an find a tech without the accident damage

Would have to think twice about purchasing a car that was in an accident simply listed as damage in multiple places.
Do some more homework, you will find something better.

I was leaning towards it because it looks LIKE NEW in and out... I could not see any evidence of tha accident... And it was cpo ..

I was going to take it to either drew at the pit shop or a mechanic that did work on my sisters car to have it checked out

There was a 2010 AWD tech with 51k and a clean title that went for 19k at the local Acura dealer.

Doesn't appear to be a good deal. Try to get Tech Package. The car is huge and parking without camera is tricky.

I have found 2 Acura TLs that I like in my area. One is 2012 Acura TL with Tech in GLM with 42,000 miles, they offer me $27,500 OTD. Another one is 2012 Acura TL BWP with Advance with 40,000 miles, the listed price is $32,000 and I have not negotiated the price yet. I like the Advance better because of the 18 inch wheels and the BWP color.

Is $27,500 OTD a good price for the car? or should I follow the 2012 TL in BWP?

Do some actual homework and search. Sounds like your in a high for no reason area. 6th might have to go out of town but it will be worth it. Looking for a 09-10 you can find them in the low low 20s with low mileage in the tech package

White/ tan color combo
SH-AWD/Tech
Non smoker no pets

which makes it all that much difficult to find (white/tan) ... But i will listen to your suggestions and stay clear i will just have to wait ...

I was a bit concerned about smoke. Luckily, it was all good and I had no issues.

Btw... Don't trust those assholes at Arlington Acura. I went in there a couple weeks ago and they're total scumbags. I shopped all over the Chicago area and got a great deal with Muller. I also had a good experience at McGrath when I bought my 2012. PM me if you want some more info...
