Angry 2023 MDX A-Spec

Hello,

2023 - MDX A-Spec less than 10k miles - lease.

Wanted to see if anyone else encountered this issue. My rear passenger window stopped working over the weekend.
I had rolled down all the windows and rolled them back up shortly after. The rear passenger window came up halfway and began to slowly slide down.
The window remained stuck in the open position with no change using the door or master control. I did hear a metal motor-like sound from the button whether pressed up or down from the door side.
The car is at the dealership now and they said it could be somehow our fault or possibly theirs even though the car is under warranty. Has anyone experienced anything similar?
I am quite shocked to see that something as minute as this issue can still occur on a luxury brand. Makes me question why I went with this car in the first place.

I had the same issue last month. Same window (rear passenger) would not roll down. Luckily it was stuck closed. Dealership had to reset the window controls and it began to work perfectly. Hopefully this will last.

So the dealership said that the window regulator malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. The good part was that it was covered under warranty.
They replaced the regulator for that window, and it works perfectly fine now.
I just now feel uncomfortable opening and closing the windows...
