This same problem happened to both our phones. The person on the other end of the line can only be heard in the driver door panel or near the drivers left foot and very faint. They can hear the driver just fine.

I'm having this same issue with my 24 MDX. Did you find a solution or is this the way it comes?

On my 20 mdx, and on all the 24 loaners I've been in, I am able to turn the volume up to way louder than I need for phone calls. One thing you may not know is that the call volume is independently set vs noncall volume. So you have to separately turn the volume up in the middle of a call.

It does intentionally limit calls to one speaker to be more natural for the driver. On advance models it is the center dash speaker, on lower trims without a center speaker, it uses the left one like you describe.

Well I just switched from the 2024 MDX w/Tech Pkg to the Type S and there is definitely a difference. Now I can hear the caller coming from the center as opposed to the left side only.
