My 2022 Acura MDX Advance Type S is no longer able to get the time from Honda's servers. I get the following message when I start the vehicle. Time/Date error message.
Any idea how to resolve? I called Acura support and they suggested reseting the vehicle settings to default and that did not work. Incidentally, turning the automatic update off and setting manually did not work either. It never keeps the time or the date even if set manually.
Quick follow-up: after working with Acura Care, they sent me to the dealership. After testing, it turns out that 3 out of 4 of the antennae on the infotainment system are not working. They will be replacing the infotainment system soon. I'll let you know if it fixes it. It also explains why my AcuraLink is not working either.
I spent about an hour at the dealership and they successfully replaced the Infotainment system. The clock is keeping an accurate time, AcuraLink is now working, and the mileage/fuel levels/trips are all being updated now. I can't say enough good about Jackson Acura in Roswell, GA - they have always treated me fairly and like a valued customer. Their Services Department and advisors are top notch!
I’m having the same issue. Tried to reset but still doesn
’t work
Any update? I just encountered this issue within the last few days. I can't adjust the clock and cannot use my navi. I still have use of XM satellite radio. I have the little icon beside the clock that appears to be a satellite. I stopped by the dealership, they said to give it a few days and it should correct itself. I'm skeptical.
