I know it’s still early, but any rough estimate of the release date(spring,summer,fall)? This would help me decide what to do with my current vehicle. Thanks

 

Too early to tell but not before September 2022 would be my assumption.

 

Thanks. I know things were thrown off with the 21-22 MDX cycle. So it sounds like they’ll be making the 22’s for a long time. Hopefully they increase production because right now the selection is anemic at my local dealerships.

 

Acura might still keep the 2022 model year the MDXs manufactured fall of 2021 and well into 2022? We might not see the 2023 name until the late summer or fall of 2022?

 

I have a feeling I'll be getting a 2023 or 2024 model at this rate. The supply shortages are only getting worse, from what I read. Luckily I don't need a new car any time soon so I'll just keep on waiting. Even here in San Jose, it's quite rare to see a new MDX on the road. I've only seen 2-3 so far in the wild.

 

Very strange….here in NW Columbus, OH area, 4G MDX’s are ubiquitous. I see several on the road every day.

 

Wow! Right now the dealers near me in Ca each only have 3 or less MDX 22’s and it’s been like that since the release. I’ve actually only seen a couple on the road. Guess they all went to Ohio lol

 

I guess since there is a Honda plant close by all the executives are driving the new MDX.

 

I wouldn't be surprised to see it around February 2022. They did similar thing with Pilot in 2010 (remember looking at one in the beginning of 2010 and in February come 2011). Also 2016 ILX came in February 2015.
