Homelink Issue

Ugh... Loving my new 2025 Acura MDX Type-S but have run into my first issue. I can't get the Homelink to program. It's not like I haven't done this a million times so I know the process. And the car even shows that it taken the code (it flashes green rapidly), but it still doesn't work. I've read online it could be a remote issue so I've order a newer version to see if that might work, but the garage door opener is only 3.5 years old so I'm not holding out hope that will be the answer.

Does anyone have any thoughts of what I might try to fix this issue?

I thought it had to show steady green after accepting the code.
Unless it has a rolling code.

After a few failed attempts with my 22 RDX I went to the actual HomeLink website at HomeLink and downloaded specific instructions that are also keyed to a specific garage door opener. In my case it worked 1st time with the vehicle specific instructions which were sligtly different than the Acura instructions.

Once at the website, input the vehicle; in your case it doesn't list a 2025 so I would suggest using 2024. Then at the next screen input the manufacturer of the garage door opener. Have the model number of the opener just in case.

John from PA - you are a genius! The Acura manual was a little off but the instructions on the Homelink site were spot on. 5 days of frustration fixed with a 5 minute video. If you ever find yourself in Arizona shoot me a text because I owe you a beer (or beverage of your choice). Thanks for the assist!!!
