your homework is to find out what the brand and model of the rim.
then your next task is to find the specs of the rim.
this would include

height by width + offset
for example, 18x9.5 +22

1. they are ugly. it will not look good on the TL. there are better styled wheels than those.
2. why do you want to run a staggered set up? you wont be able to rotate tires, thus spending money when your tires wear out.
3. specs are weird. the front rims are way too weak and the rear is way to aggressive. (this is because its staggered)
you'll need to roll your fenders and do major body work to fit a 20x10 wheel in the rear.
4. our hub bore is 64.1

5. you'll need to choose a different rim

^our stock rims are 17x8 +45

you'll need to use these same specs or go a little more aggressive.

right now, I'm looking at a set of rims that are 18x9.5 +22.
it will require no work to get them to fit.
