What fits?

Im new here and been trying to find out if i can get either rota grids or volk te37's on my 07 tl-s. Cant find any info anywhere stating what rim width/height/offset works. so I'm curious if anyone has either of these wheels on their car? I know the big brakes on the type s is gonna make it difficult but i think those would both look good. Any info would help! Thanks!

^they are stock BBK's.

the only reason why I was rubbing, was because my koni yellow shock was blown and I decided to upgrade to BC coils
