Mmmkay...lemme start off by saying that cliff notes will be avaliable at the bottom of the post. Thank you.
First off, DO NOT EVER deal with LSportline. They are not a good company to deal with....pains in the tail area. Here's what has been happening in the past month: basically I've been waiting for them to get out of chroming, right? Well I think it was 2 weeks ago that my guy in NY who I am purchasing them from called me to say that LSportline has been lying to us the whole time about them being stateside. I'm like.....nnooooo. To make a long story short I spoke with the manager of the North American division and he decided to keep his word about custom boring these wheels for me. Basically he told my seller that he changed his mind.
So me and Craig (the most awesome wheel dealer in the world, the guy in NY) basically talked him into keeping his word about these wheels. They were indeed lying all this time, however, about them being stateside. They lied to us because they were having problems with Japan actually producing them.....just never got around to it even though they literally have hundreds of backorders for this one wheel.
So this manager tells me that even though they have never bored out for anyone else, that he would do it for me just this one time, and one time only. I'm like.....thank you. So he told me to expect them to come in last Monday, and they would be sent off to chrome for 10 days. Cool, right? I'm like...awesome. So I called on Friday fairly early to get an update, and I found out that they STILL didn't have them stateside. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?? I got pissed and started to have Craig look for my second choice: the Dronnel Type II.
Well here's the good news: I called today to see if he had found a set for me, and he told me that my LSportlines actually came in late Friday night on the boat. They were disassembled today and being sent to chrome here in the next few hours. Basically I can expect them (FINALLY) after approximately 10 more business days + however long it takes them to ship them to NY to be fitted with my tires, and then to NC. Realistically, I may not see them until mid-March.
But I'm satisfied because I have the ones I want finally, and I know that they are on the way. Don't ever do business with LSportline, unless you want a major headache. Good thing their products don't fit our cars anyways.
This has been a MAJOR headache of a project, but seeing as how the kit is in the body shop being painted and the wheels are finally here and being chromed, looks like it's all downhill from here!!!!!
Don't ever deal with LSportline, seriously. They are actually a seperate division entirely from Dazz. There's NOTHING wrong with Dazz at all...but LS is another story.
CLIFF NOTES: LSportline sucks. They lied to me and my distributor. We worked it out. They still fell through. Finally Friday they came in, being taken apart, will be in chrome by the end of the day. Still must wait a few more weeks, but they are stateside. Thank you for reading.

Actually their is a company that makes wheels that are the same as L-sportline called Zauber. They make wheels just like them only much cheaper and the same high quality standards.
