I've ordered two sets of tires, koni shocks and rims from them. I ordered my rims on Sunday night and I got them today.
Look for their specials--you can save some good money there.

They are the best.

www.dirtcheaprims.com lets you choose the car, the color, put the wheels on, size them, AND lower the car. I never checked to see if they have a TL though.

Yup, they do--your choice of <98 or 99-01 TLs. Nice selection! But Tirerack has several installers in my area to which I can drop ship rims and tires.

I bought wheels&tires and just tires tfrom TireRack in the past. Excellent service . The only inconvenience with tires only is getting them mounted (looking for an installer).

Got my rims/tires and torque wrench all from tirerack. Great service, probably the most reputable online dealer. Tires were as cheap or cheaper than other dealers. Rims are also resonable. Only downfall was the amount of rims I had to choose from for my CL, but I still love the Mille Miglia Spiders I got.

jamz i feel the same way, not too much of a selection, i also wanted 18's and they did not have any, maybe 2-3. rims should be here today, not from tirerack though.
