I have been reading a lot about Tire Rack and see that they have great prices for our tires for the TL's. My question and/or concern is how is the tire warranty handled? I have heard from multiple sources different things and would like to get input directly from you guys. Any input is welcome, such as, how the tire rack works, how the process works, etc.....THANKS

If you are concerned about warranty/service, take the price you find on Tire Rack or Online Tires and take it to a Discount Tire - they know that they get their asses kicked by online retailers, so they are willing to price match to get your business.

 

I have already been to their disclaimer and such on the warranties. My question is for what personal experience have you had?

 

I have ordered from Tirerack since they went into business. Several times, I never had a problem with any tire I bought from them, I guess that doesn't help you, but I love doing business with them. VERY FAST shipping and great customer service.

 

Love Tirerack. Quality products and great customer service and speed of delivery. No experience with warranty as I bought tires with no mileage expectations. (Bridgestone RE760 sports)
