Well, if you got the A-spec wheels installed at a dealer, per the install instructions, they are suppose to change the label

What do y'all think about running the standard 17" rims with some Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires on them at the A-Spec pressures? Is the pressure increase due to the larger rim diameter or what? I know my stock tires only lasted me 25,000 miles at stock inflation pressure which I monitored carefully. Tires are too expensive to have to replace every 25,000 miles so I'm wondering if uping the inflation pressure might help me out in the mileage department.
Any thoughts?

What about 245/40/18?
Would you think the recommended inflation psi's would be any different if running a slightly wider tire than the 235/40/18's? My guess is that the 39 psi (for fronts) and 36 psi (for rears) would still be the recommended pressures for 245/40/18-sized tires.
Does anyone advise differently?
