Tein SS installed and....

I had my tein ss installed today and they couldn't put the strut bar back into place because of the damping force adjustable dial... did anybody have this problem?
suspension feels wonderful like a brand new car and handles cornering at high speed well... but the car feels a bit bouncy. doesn't have that tight feel to it no more. i was thinking about making a hole on the oem strut bar so that it fits... or just get after market strut bar installed... any suggestions?

I an gen2 but thought Gen3 only have an issue using the edfc motors- they wont clear the stock bar, but the shocks themselves should
For shock setting- turn the adjuster clockwise- right all the way till it stops- gently!!
that is 16 or max full stiff.
Now go left- counter clockwise down the number of clicks you want 8 is a good starting point.
Do not excedd 16 clicks left from full- thats below OE soft, any further turning (it will allow it) damages the internal parts.
This is very important and why Tein says to tighten them all the way before each adjustment- to makes sure you are where you think you are

In town I run 4-6 front 8 rear, freeway tighten the front a little unless road construction then down to 2-3. Mountain backroads tighten fronts as desired, leave back medium to reduce oversteer at speed
